About The Team

We are the Multi-Vehicle Squad - a high-impact squad at If Insurance driving one of our most important transformation journeys. Right now, we are at the heart of the Belle transition - a strategic initiative reshaping how Commercial and Industrial vehicle fleets are handled across the Nordics. We are replacing three legacy systems with one modern, scalable solution within Waypoint. This is not a maintenance-oriented position - this is a part of a transition project.

Our solution supports customers with large vehicle fleets, enabling a seamless and automated insurance process. What we build directly affects business performance across multiple countries. We work side-by-side with business stakeholders, leading the rollout, driving change, and ensuring a smooth migration from legacy systems into a future-proof platform.

Waypoint consists of 150+ professionals across 12 autonomous squads delivering a stable, scalable, and secure platform.

Who are you?

You are a senior developer who:

  • Has strong experience in .NET and modern full-stack development
  • Is comfortable with TypeScript, React, Redux and REST APIs
  • Has worked with message-based or event-driven systems
