About the role:

As a Logistics Coordinator (Fixed term), you will be part of our Logistics and Production team, collaborating closely with Trials & Loans team, and play a key role in delivering assistive technology across the world for our users to communicate and live more independently. You will handle incoming/outgoing shipments, export/import processes, maintain accurate stock levels, and prepare/configure devices for them to ready for our users.

Please note: This is a hands-on, purpose-driven, and fixed-term role (starting from May 2026 to January 2027) onsite at our headquarters and warehouse located in Östermalm, Stockholm with working hours from 8am to 5pm. This role involves light daily physical tasks (picking, packing and handling shipments).

In this role you will:

  • Assemble and configure devices following instructions. Receive, inspect, and test incoming items and place items back into stock.
  • Pick, pack and ship orders to our customers across the world in timely manner.  
  • Maintain stock accuracy; restock shipping boxes and other items regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with Trials & Loans teams and contribute to continuously improve efficiency.
  • Keep documentation up to date with accurate records of all logistics activities. 
  • Keep the working area clean, organized, and to 5S and lean standards. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills, proactivity and high attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation are required.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English in professional setting is required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of importing and exporting procedures across Europe and Asia Pacific regions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) tools and experience working with Windows and iOS devices are preferred.
