Are you a data-driven statistician who enjoys turning complex data into smart, automated solutions? For an international pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, we are looking for a Specialist in Statistics & Data Analytics Automation who combines analytical depth with hands-on programming skills.
What will you do?You will play a key role in improving and automating statistical and data analysis processes within a global manufacturing organization. You work closely with technical, quality and IT teams to develop practical tools and workflows that make data-driven decision-making faster and more efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Build and automate statistical analysis workflows
- Develop small applications and data tools (e.g. R / RShiny)
- Support manufacturing and quality projects with quantitative insights
- Collaborate with IT and data teams on data access and validation
- Translate user needs into scalable analytics solutions
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI
- MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or similar quantitative field
- Strong programming skills in RShiny
- Ability to explain complex statistical concepts in a clear way
- Experience with data analysis, modelling and problem solving
- Excellent English communication skills
- A valid working visa is required, as well as residency max 1 hour travelling from the site (applications without these requirements will not be considered).
- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing statistics (e.g. SPC, capability analyses)
- Knowledge of Python, SQL or SAS
- Affinity with AI tools and data engineering concepts
- Strong visualization and workflow design skills
- Work in an international, innovative and people-focused environment
