What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer – R&D (Software) who will work for Refrigerator Product Directorate.


  • Participating in R&D projects for developing&testing new products,
  • Testing, Developing, maintaining and improving refrigerator control softwares,
  • Performing test methods with tools to ensure fully functional and robust control softwares.
  • Collaborating across functional and geographic boundaries to leverage global knowledge and deliver winning solutions.


The position is located in Eskişehir.

How do we describe the perfect match?


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineer, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering (Master Degree is a plus),
  • Experience on embedded software development and design with microcontroller based systems,
  • Strong knowledge on C programming language,
  • Having experience on software test
  • Familiar with microcontroller architectures and system peripherals (ADC, Timers, SPI, I2C, UART, DMA).
  • Motivation and performing on code analyze, code review and developing unit tests,
  • Ability to not only write software but design software in with a structure approach,
  • Familiarity with Software Management Tools,
  • Having experience about agile software development methodologies and practices,
  • Having experience on using tools like TFS, Git, JIRA,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer,
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Building collaboration,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
