🔍What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data science
• PhD, MS, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Proven ability to build algorithms from scratch and scale them for production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and data manipulation
• Extensive hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data validation
• Solid understanding of modern machine learning techniques and statistical analysis methods
• Strong knowledge of data storage structures, data mining, data cleansing, and data visualization principles.

🎯What you’ll do?

• Translate business problems into data science solutions, defining success metrics and measurable outcomes
• Conduct deep exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, insights, and opportunities hidden in complex datasets
• Build, validate, and optimize statistical models and machine learning algorithms to support decision-making and product improvements
• Ensure data quality and integrity by defining best practices for data cleaning, validation, and storage
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports to support data-driven decision making
• Develop clear, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy scalable, production-ready models
• Act as a thought partner and mentor, contributing to best practices, technical standards, and knowledge sharing within the data team
