About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, guiding them through onboarding and verification processes, and helping them start their trading journey on WhiteBIT. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and online outreach
- Guide users through account registration, KYC verification, and security setup
- Educate clients on platform features, products, and benefits
- Support clients in making their first deposit (FTD) and initiating trades
- Follow up with inactive or unverified users to improve activation rates
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and conversions in CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and activation targets
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights
Requirements
- Experience in sales, telesales, business development, or client acquisition (fintech/FX/crypto preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to manage pipelines and consistently follow up with leads
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets
- CRM experience is a plus
- Good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
