We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team in İstanbul. This role will focus on driving customer engagement and retention through well-crafted CRM strategies and automated communication flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and test scalable user acquisition channels.
• Run performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic).
• Analyze data and optimize based on LTV, CAC, retention, etc.
• Work closely with product and analytics teams.
• Drive cross-channel user growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization.
• Data-driven mindset and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Previous crypto/fintech experience is a plus.
