We’re hiring a Senior C++ Engineer to design, build, and optimize high-load, low-latency trading systems connected to global cryptocurrency exchanges.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain market data components and exchange connectivity (crypto exchanges).
• Develop and enhance trading algorithms and core trading systems.
• Optimize systems for microsecond / nanosecond performance.
• Improve reliability and scalability in high-frequency environments.
• Lead technical initiatives end-to-end — from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and remote engineering teams.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of C++ development experience (10+ years total software engineering preferred).
• Strong experience with high-load, low-latency systems.
• Deep understanding of:
• Data structures & algorithms
• Design patterns
• Network protocols
• Experience with WebSockets, FIX, Kafka (plus).
• Background in financial markets / HFT systems .
• Exceptional debugging & analytical skills.
• Ability to independently own and drive technical initiatives.
