The impact you’ll have

You will:

• Manage a complex, fast-moving CEO calendar and priorities
• Prepare high-quality packs, reports and briefings for meetings and engagements
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions and key business reviews
• Act as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internal and external
• Anticipate needs ahead of time — travel, events, presentations, follow-ups
• Ensure communication flows smoothly between the CEO, leadership team and wider business
• Oversee office operations and create an organised, professional working environment
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role where detail, judgement and professionalism matter every day.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has already operated at senior executive level.

You will likely have:

• Strong experience supporting a CEO, MD or C-suite leader
• Proven ability to manage complex diaries, competing priorities and tight timelines
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports and board materials
• Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and sensitive information
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to anticipate and problem solve
• A calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment

You will be discreet, reliable and highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
