You will play a key technical leadership role, owning full-stack architecture, development standards, and delivery in a fast-paced Web3 startup.

We are looking for a seasoned Lead QA Automation Engineer to join the mTransform team. This role is perfect for a technical powerhouse who lives and breathes automation and has a deep understanding of the high-stakes world of Fintech, Crypto, and Blockchain ecosystems.

As we scale our platforms, you will be responsible for designing robust, scalable testing frameworks that ensure our financial products are secure, performant, and flawless.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end automation frameworks from scratch, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
• Multi-Platform Testing: Execute comprehensive testing strategies across Web, Mobile, and API layers using a modern tech stack.
• Security & Integrity: Validate complex transactions within Blockchain and Crypto environments, ensuring data integrity and smart contract reliability.
• CI/CD Integration: Seamlessly integrate automated test suites into our DevOps pipelines to support continuous deployment.
• Mentorship: Act as a technical beacon for the QA team, conducting code reviews and setting the gold standard for automation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 6–10 years of professional experience in Software Quality Engineering, with a heavy focus on Automation.
• Web Automation Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium (preferably experience transitioning from legacy Selenium to modern JS-based tools).
• Mobile Expertise: Hands-on experience with Appium for cross-platform mobile automation (iOS/Android).
• Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in Fintech, Cryptocurrency exchanges, or Blockchain platforms. You should understand things like wallets, ledger entries, and transaction lifecycles.
• Programming: Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Testing Philosophy: A shift-left mindset where quality is integrated at the earliest stages of the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Smart Contracts or decentralized applications (dApps).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like k6 or JMeter.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
