Position Purpose

The Fit Out Site Engineer plays a critical role in bringing BOUNCE venues to life.

From shell to opening day, you support the full lifecycle of new builds, refurbishments and special projects across the region. You ensure every project lands on time, on budget, safely and in full alignment with BOUNCE design and brand standards.

You are hands-on. Detail-obsessed. Calm under pressure.

You coordinate contractors, suppliers, mall management and internal teams to ensure that what gets built on site matches what was imagined on paper.

Key accountabilities

1. Project Coordination & Administration

·      Maintain and update detailed project schedules.

·      Prepare weekly progress reports.

·      Coordinate documentation and bill of quantities (BOQs) such as trampolines, fit out, mats etc).

·      Support procurement and supplier follow-up.

·      Maintain organized project files and approvals.

2. Regulatory & Compliance Support

·      Coordinate authority approval processes.

·      Ensure NOCs, permits, and inspections.

·      Track contractor HSE compliance.

3. Site Coordination

·      Conduct site visits and verify build accuracy.

·      Perform snagging inspections.

·      Set out BOUNCE-specific build elements.

·      Supervise contractors on BOUNCE installations.

·      Facilitate venue handover.

4. Contractor & Supplier Management

·      Coordinate contractor onboarding.

·      Monitor timelines, quality, and HSE

·       Support cost tracking and invoice validation.

6. Special Projects & Events

·      Support pop-ups and event builds.

·      Prepare presentations and reports.

·      Minute meetings and track action items.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·      Project delivery ±5% timeline variance.

·      Budget variance within approved limits.

·      Snag closure within 7 days.

·      Zero delays in authority approvals.

·      Supplier performance SLAs achieved.

Skills, Experience & Competencies

Technical Skills

·      Degree or Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering or Project Management.

·      2–4 years’ experience in fit-out projects, ideally within retail, F&B, leisure or multi-site environments.

·      Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.

·      Practical understanding of MEP systems and fire safety requirements.

·      Hands-on experience navigating UAE authority approvals, NOCs and mall compliance processes.

·      Proficient in MS Project, Excel and project management tools to track timelines, costs and documentation.

·      High attention to detail.

·      Confident communicator with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

·      Able to manage multiple live priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·      Strong ownership mindset.

·      Proactive problem-solver who escalates early and acts decisively.
