Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex business and technology initiatives within a banking environment. The role requires strong delivery discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering projects in banking or financial services, with exposure to core banking platforms and strong collaboration across IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance. Experience in Islamic Banking is considered an added advantage.

Job Description -

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within banking or financial services
• Proven experience delivering technology‑enabled change initiatives
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet)
• Experience delivering projects within Islamic Banking (products, systems, or operations)
• Exposure to core banking platforms (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, or similar)
• Experience in regulated environments and working with audit, risk, and compliance teams
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
