About the Role

SCRYPT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Office and Trading Operations Associate to join our Trading Desk. Based in Dubai, this position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth in the fast-paced world of crypto, with flexibility for remote work as well.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a product owner, contributing to the development of new features and automation initiativesLeverage your relationship management skills to identify and nurture upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
• Work closely with operations to ensure regulatory compliance of trading practices (in accordance with KYC and AML procedures)
• Maintain internal databases, including reports on trading activity, market color, and product feedback from clients’ perspectives
• Assist the management team with key administrative tasks related to the trading desk

Job requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the institutional crypto industry, preferably in trading or middle office functions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related fieldsStrong knowledge of the crypto industry and financial markets
• Excellent numerical and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas
• Understanding of trading platforms, order types, and execution strategies is a plus
• Fluency in English; any additional languages are an advantage; strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions
