The Corporate Products team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to oversee the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of digital solutions under the Legal and Strategic Procurement OPS portfolio. This role will be responsible for shaping product roadmaps, driving innovation, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and business growth in these critical focus areas.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for digital solutions primarily under Corporate Products with a focus on the Legal and Strategic Procurement OPS portfolios.
- Oversee day-to-day agile delivery activities, including sprint planning and release management, ensuring timely and effective execution of product initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate product vision, quarterly business reviews, long range roadmaps, and key metrics to business stakeholders.
- Remain up to date on regulatory requirements that may impact digital technologies to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure comprehensive requirements documentation to enable effective collaboration with development and delivery teams.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for key business priorities such as claims management solutions aligned with CTA requirements and the digital tools portfolio supporting the Legal department.
- Partner with Strategic Procurement, and impacted teams to identify and implement digital innovations that enhance fuel procurement, delivery, and monitoring processes. Along with other digital technologies key to the business operations.
- Support leadership to align product roadmaps with broader corporate digital and operational strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager delivering complex digital products, preferably in regulated industries or supply chain management.
- Experience with claims management systems, regulatory compliance (preferably CTA or similar), and/or fuel supply chain operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe) and experience leading or mentoring product teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence.
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting or developing digital solutions for operational business units (claims, supply chain, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools, API integration, and/or Power Platoform applications is considered an asset.
- Airline, transportation, or travel industry experience is a plus but not required.

Prior to their start date, candidates will also need to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the country of interest.
