Position: Visual Designers + Creative Directors

Type: Part-time position

Compensation: $50-$70 per hour

Commitment: 10-20 hours per week

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Collaborate asynchronously with designers across different creative disciplines
Review and provide structured feedback on AI-generated design outputs
Contribute to iterative experimentation to improve workflow clarity and quality

Requirements

Professional experience in a visual design discipline
Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field such as graphic design, product or UI design, architecture, illustration, industrial design, editorial design, game design, immersive design, or related areas
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and structured critique ability
Familiarity with creative coding tools such as HTML, CSS, Processing, or three.js is advantageous
