Frima is looking for a UX Designer to join its UI/UX team.

Job Description
What your weeks will look like
- Design a mobile user experience in a cross-platform development context;
- Define and structure robust, scalable user journeys;
- Establish the project’s UX direction in alignment with the creative vision, design objectives, and technical constraints;
- Collaborate closely with the external partner to align UX decisions and ensure strategic consistency;
- Work closely with the Product, UI, UI Tech, and Programming teams to design and deliver an optimal user experience;
- Validate and iterate on user flows directly within the Unreal Engine to evaluate the real interactive experience;
- Share mobile UX best practices with the entire team and act as a reference for mobile usability;
- Present UX recommendations to the project team and partners.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Ergonomics, Graphic Design, Cognitive Psychology, or another relevant field combined with equivalent experience;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in UX design, including creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UX documentation;
- Strong experience in the video game industry, particularly on mobile projects;
- Proficiency with Figma;
- Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written). English skills are required to perform the job, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners;
- Available for international travel when required;
- Portfolio and/or demo required.
- Strong autonomy and ability to structure your work in an evolving environment;
- Significant mentoring experience and a desire to help grow other team members;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain usability concepts;
- Comfort collaborating with external partners, including user research teams;
- Interest in video games and understanding of gameplay challenges, particularly in a mobile context.
