The Development Analyst plays a crucial role in KFC's North Asia team, aiming to drive profitable restaurant growth across key markets. Based in Singapore, you'll collaborate closely with Yum! and our North Asia markets to ensure seamless alignment and execution of development strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing franchise partner pipelines, forecasting new units, and supporting planning processes. Additionally, you'll coordinate with various teams on contracts, invoicing, and asset management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.   • Manage franchise partner pipelines and remodel updates, preparing comprehensive development reports.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly net new unit forecasting, collaborating with planning and global development teams.
  • Support strategic planning, annual reviews, and QBR processes to ensure franchisee-Yum! alignment.
  • Optimize reporting processes and templates for efficiency and clarity.
  • Coordinate and reconcile monthly reports with the Finance Shared Services Center, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and development teams to address contract and invoicing matters promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records for store asset actions and ensure the Asset Information System (AIS) is up-to-date.
  • Work closely with franchisees to manage and update store attributes information.
  • Support the preparation of site approval packages and analyze franchisee store performance.
  • Assist with data preparation and create engaging presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, planning, or a business-related field, with a focus on development and franchise management.
  • Auditing or commercial finance experience is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in data organization, handling, and analysis, including Power BI, is a must.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a can-do attitude.
