Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Web3 Investment Associate to join our remote team in Singapore. If you are passionate about digital assets, decentralized finance, and the rapidly evolving Web3 ecosystem, this role offers the chance to identify high-potential investment opportunities, analyze projects, and support strategic investment decisions across Asia-Pacific markets.

What You Will Do

• Research and analyze emerging blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, NFTs, and Layer-1/Layer-2 solutions.  

• Support due diligence, financial modeling, and evaluation of investment opportunities.  

• Prepare investment reports, memos, and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.  

• Monitor the performance of portfolio investments and track industry trends in the APAC region.  

• Collaborate with the investment team and ecosystem partners to drive deal flow and growth strategies.  

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with founders, investors, and other key stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in venture capital, investment analysis, or financial markets, ideally with exposure to crypto or Web3.  

• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and digital asset markets.  

• Proficiency with blockchain analytics and research tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Nansen, Glassnode).  

• Ability to quickly analyze market trends, evaluate projects, and provide actionable investment insights.  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.  

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.  

• Legal authorization to work remotely in Singapore.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: SGD 140,000 - 160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
