Our client restructures, asset manages and invests in income producing Real Estate and

Hospitality assets with significant growth potential in major European and US cities or resort

destination. They are seeking an M&A Analyst for their Philadelphia location. This person will ideally have at least 2+ years' experience coming out of Big 4 to work on corporate finance, M&A and strategy!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual revenue and expense planning cycle, leading budgeting and forecasting
• Apply learnings from strategic & operational analyses to improve underwriting & analysis of acquisition targets
• Lead analysis to generate strategic recommendations and answer specific strategic questions from business leaders concerning the profitability and direction of the business and specific products, services and markets
• Creating and analyzing financial models
• Collaborate with management team on portfolio valuations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Active and current CPA
• Public Accounting experience is a MUST coming out of TS groups.
• At least 2 years of experience
• Advanced Excel / Tech Savvy
