Job Description

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of strategic business development and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, critical milestones, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive project plans, timelines, and tracking tools for key initiatives, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams and international stakeholders, ensuring timely inputs, follow-ups, and adherence to agreed actions for successful project execution.
  • Support governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for BD&C initiatives, including preparation of executive-level status updates, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Identify potential execution risks, bottlenecks, and interdependencies early, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth and timely delivery of strategic projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project controls and reporting processes, enhancing transparency, accountability, and decision-making across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Prefered candidate with minimum 10 years of experience with Oil& Gas holding a bachelor degree in Engineering
