- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure implementation of risk assessments, toolbox talks, audits, and incident reporting in coordination with the HSE department.
- Ensure safe operations around heavy equipment, deep excavations, high-elevation works, and high-temperature concrete activities.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Monitor and control project costs, productivity, and resource utilization, providing accurate progress reports, concrete placement logs, resource usage summaries, and look‑ahead programs. Report deviations to Project Management.
- Prepare and verify subcontractor progress payments, variations, claims, and change orders in alignment with contract conditions.
- Maintain complete construction records for audits, claims, and project close-out documentation.
