Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and User Understanding:
Conduct in-depth analysis of markets, competition, and user requirements to identify key opportunities for product innovation.
Apply both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies to gain actionable insights into customer behaviors, needs, and preferences.
Collaborative Product Development:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and engineers, to deliver high-quality products and features.
Foster collaboration and ensure alignment among all stakeholders to meet product objectives and timelines.
Feature Development and Issue Resolution:
Independently conceptualize, design, and implement new features that enhance the product experience.
Address and resolve critical issues efficiently while continuously optimizing product performance.
Monetization Strategies and Business Model Evolution:
Explore and integrate innovative monetization strategies to drive revenue growth.
Adapt and evolve the product’s business model in response to market dynamics and customer feedback.
Roadmap Execution and Product Reliability:
Develop and execute a robust product roadmap, ensuring the resilience and reliability of the product.
Collaborate closely with design and content teams to enrich the end-customer experience and maintain product excellence.
Product-Market Fit (PMF):
Assess and contribute to the product-market fit at various stages, ensuring the product aligns with customer expectations and market demands.
User Retention Strategies:
Design and implement effective strategies to maximize user retention and foster long-term engagement with the product.

Required Experience And Skills

Professional Experience:
3–7 years of experience in product management, with a proven ability to lead projects independently and demonstrate initiative.
Experience working in B2C environments, particularly in startups before Series A funding or with minimal teams, is highly preferred.
Project Management:
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Scrum or Agile frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Problem-Solving and Innovation:
Strong analytical skills to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
A creative mindset to address customer pain points and design intuitive, user-friendly features.
Collaboration and Communication:
Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with design teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and updates to internal and external audiences.
Strategic Insight:
Demonstrated experience in contributing to product-market fit and navigating early product development stages.
Proven ability to design and execute effective user retention strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction.
