What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience collaborating on A/B testing or experimentation initiatives.
  • Portfolio showing both product craft and measurable business impact.

Your Day-to-day In This Position

About the Role

This is a growth-focused, SaaS product design role.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with deep B2B SaaS and PLG experience - someone who understands how UX decisions directly influence business outcomes.

You Will Design High-impact Experiences Across

  • Foundational platform user experience
  • Admin onboarding & activation flows
  • Self-serve upgrade and expansion pathways
  • Cross-product discovery
  • Engagement loops and value reinforcement
  • Reporting and insight surfaces
  • Feature adoption and behavioral nudges

You will work within our established design system and platform standards — evolving patterns thoughtfully as product complexity increases - without reinventing foundational UI frameworks.

Although this role is based in the EU, the product is built for U.S. customers. You must be fluent in U.S. workplace expectations, SaaS buying behavior, and compliance-driven user contexts.

What You’ll Own



Growth & Activation

  • Improve time-to-first-value for U.S.-based Admins.
  • Reduce onboarding friction across complex compliance workflows.
  • Increase feature adoption and cross-product expansion.
  • Design upgrade and monetization surfaces that align with U.S. SaaS buyer expectations.

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Partner with Product and Data to define UX hypotheses tied to business KPIs.
  • Design experiments that impact activation, engagement, and expansion.
  • Iterate rapidly based on measurable outcomes.
  • Balance experimentation velocity with platform consistency.

Multi-Product SaaS Experience

  • Design scalable, role-based experiences across Admin and Learner journeys.
  • Improve cross-product discoverability within U.S. customer accounts.
  • Reduce friction in complex workflows such as assignments, automation, reporting, and recertification.

Design System Stewardship

  • Operate within and contribute to our established design system.
  • Identify patterns that need refinement as the platform scales.
  • Propose thoughtful improvements that enhance usability without introducing inconsistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure implementation fidelity.

  • Improved U.S. admin activation and onboarding efficiency.
  • Increased feature adoption and cross-product engagement.
  • Clear, measurable improvements in retention or expansion metrics.
