🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

 

🔹 LinkedIn outreach via multi-step campaigns to schedule calls with potential clients

🔹 Track outreach metrics and continuously optimize campaigns

🔹 Qualify, nurture, and segment leads based on ICP

🔹 Meet monthly KPIs and align with team priorities

🔹 Collaborate with the Sales Team and provide regular updates

🔹 Build and maintain lead databases: analyze, verify, and segment.

 

 

📋 Requirements:

 

🔹 Organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset

🔹 Basic understanding of lead generation principles

🔹 Basic familiarity with B2B sales concepts or entry-level experience

🔹 Willingness to follow structured outreach workflows

🔹 Basic experience with CRM tools or lead-tracking systems
