have strong expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Python, and Node.js, along with proven
experience in leading and managing a team of 3–4 developers.
This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture-level thinking, and excellent
communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
- Lead backend development using Laravel, Python, and Node.js
- Architect and manage advanced WordPress solutions (custom themes, plugins, APIs)
- Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Oversee database design and management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Ensure proper version control, CI/CD practices, and deployment processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 developers
- Assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support
- Conduct performance evaluations and training sessions
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders
- Minimum 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- WordPress (advanced customization & architecture)
- Laravel framework
- Python (Django/FastAPI or similar frameworks preferred)
- Node.js (Express or similar frameworks)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend practices
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
