Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end experience of our platform—from early problem discovery through to shipped, polished product. You'll work directly with founders, engineering, and customers to turn complex AI-powered workflows into tools that feel simple and delightful. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, obsesses over user problems, and can move fluidly between research, strategy, and execution.
What You'll Do
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end experience of our platform—from early problem discovery through to shipped, polished product. You'll work directly with founders, engineering, and customers to turn complex AI-powered workflows into tools that feel simple and delightful. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, obsesses over user problems, and can move fluidly between research, strategy, and execution.
What You'll Do
- Own design end-to-end for core product areas: research, flows, interactions, and final UI
- Partner with engineering and founders to shape product direction and prioritize what gets built
- Translate complex AI capabilities into workflows that feel intuitive and accessible
- Run user research and usability testing; bring customer insights into every design decision
- Build and maintain our design system and component library
- Collaborate with our Visual Designer to ensure product UI meets our quality bar
- Ship fast, learn from data, and iterate
- Strong UI/UX designer profile
- Mandatory (Experience) - Must have 3+ years of UI/UX experience with product company
- Mandatory (Core Skill 1): Must have strong UX experience and hands-on exposure working with external clients or customer-facing projects, not limited to internal dashboards or internal-only tool
- Mandatory (Core Skills 2): Must have strong expertise in Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and Systems Thinking
- Mandatory (Core Skills 3): Must be expert in Figma and comfortable with prototyping tools
- Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a portfolio that showcase end-to-end product thinking (problem definition → research → wireframing → iteration → final design), and case studies. Not just polished UI screens
- Mandatory (Communication): Must be able to clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mandatory (Company): Product companies
- Mandatory (Note1): This is a remote opportunity
- Mandatory (Note 2): This is a complete IC role
- Preferred (Background): Experience with fashion, e-commerce, or visual content tools
- Preferred (Experience): Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or creative tools
