Key Responsibilities
What is the nature and scope of responsibilities the candidate should have handled?
Good To Have: CNN, NLP
- Work on advanced data analysis to provide insights to different types of users
- Identify behavioral and attribute based clusters using clustering techniques
- Conduct predictive analysis to create various “what-if” scenarios to drive organizational planning and marketing strategy
- Develop & apply algorithms operating on data to solve real life business problems.
- Be the “go to” person for all statistical modelling/analysis in the organization
What is the nature and scope of responsibilities the candidate should have handled?
- Strong statistical / Machine Learning knowledge and hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques
- Demonstrated capability to provide meaningful and actionable insights based on data analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Significant experience in predictive modelling (e.g. Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Ada-Boost).
- Strong capability of running multivariate regression models using Python/R
- Ability to conduct cluster analysis on large datasets
- Good understanding and working experience with multiple data sources
- High level of comfort with receiving, loading, cleansing, enriching & enhancing transactional data sources
- Ability to proactively come up with solutions requiring minimal guidance
- Should be a strong team player & able to work on ambiguous environment with minimal guidance
