EcoRatings: A GenAI Solution for Sustainability

EcoRatings is led by experienced founders with a successful exit record, empowering enterprises, governments, and Web3 infrastructures to meet sustainability goals using enterprise-grade Generative AI and Blockchain technologies. The company leverages its fine-tuned open-source foundation model, Sustaining.AI functions as an ESG expert via chat, underpinning a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to process sustainability data and automate carbon measurement, reporting, and validation tasks.

Position: AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. This full-time position, based in our Noida office, focuses on developing and deploying our proprietary AI/ML algorithms for sustainability assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and deploy software applications, datasets, and deep learning models.
• Fine-tune large language models for specific tasks.
• Collaborate closely with team members on integrating Generative AI solutions.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 
• 1-2 years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in Generative AI and Deep Learning, with a strong focus on the Transformer Architecture.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the development of Agentic Workflows will be considered a plus.
