UX/UI Designer – 6‑Month Contract
Hybrid | 2x per month onsite in Southampton (minimum)
PAYE - £425 per day

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to support a brand refresh and website redesign.
You’ll turn user research into clear concepts, prototypes, and polished UI, working closely with developers and product managers.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and interpret user research to understand problems and shape solutions
• Create journey maps, ideation outputs, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design high‑quality UI in Figma, contributing to the design system
• Reimagine and refresh components in line with a new brand vision
• Hand off designs to developers
• Present work confidently to stakeholders and maintain alignment
Skills Needed
• UX research skills (generative and evaluative)
• Strong Design Systems experience
• Figma
• Experience working with design systems
• Confident communicator who can present and explain design decisions
