As we continue to scale rapidly, the Head of Growth requires a highly capable Executive Assistant to help manage operations, optimize workflows, and integrate AI tools to dramatically increase execution velocity.

What Will You Be Doing?

The Executive Assistant to the Head of Growth will act as a force multiplier.

You will manage day-to-day operations, streamline communication across departments, support marketing execution, and implement AI-powered systems to increase efficiency.

This is not a passive administrative role - this is an execution-focused, high-responsibility position working directly with leadership.

You will sit at the center of marketing, growth, product, and executive operations.

  • Executive & Calendar Management
  • Manage CMO's calendar, priorities, and daily execution cadence
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment
  • Prepare agendas, capture action items, and enforce follow-ups
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively remove friction
  • Track marketing projects across departments (copy, creative, growth, product)
  • Ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned
  • Maintain dashboards and visibility into team KPIs
  • Assist with hiring coordination and onboarding processes
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation platforms, etc.) to streamline workflows
  • Build SOPs and documentation using AI
  • Identify manual processes that can be automated
  • Assist in implementing low-code/no-code systems to reduce operational overhead
  • Assist with campaign coordination (webinars, launches, email campaigns, ads)
  • QA marketing assets before launch
  • Manage internal communication between copy, design, media buyers, and leadership
  • Help coordinate reporting cycles and weekly performance reviews
  • Assist with travel coordination, scheduling, and vendor management
  • Support personal calendar organization and life logistics
  • Help manage external communications and priority filtering

Requirements

What Do You Bring?

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Project Manager
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
  • High proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Strong comfort level using AI tools and automation software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, execute quickly, and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • High ownership mindset — you solve problems without waiting for instructions

  • $3,000 - $5,000/month depending on experience
