We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain advanced network infrastructure with a strong focus on security, connectivity, and cloud technologies. You will provide tier 3 global support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the reliability and performance of the organization's network systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure to meet organizational needs
• Provide tier 3 troubleshooting and support for all LAN/WAN-related issues and alerts
• Maintain monitoring and reporting systems to ensure optimal network performance
• Create and manage technical documentation for all deployed systems and configurations
• Perform on-call duties to support network operations during non-business hours
• Manage administrative tasks related to time tracking and status reporting
• Configure and install network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS configurations
• Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades, including patches, service packs, and security configurations
• Monitor system resource utilization, ensure availability, and plan for capacity needs
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure successful network updates
• Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the cybersecurity team
• Troubleshoot routing loops, asymmetric routing issues, and STP loop problems
• Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams to enhance operational knowledge
• Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel to resolve complex network challenges

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in network troubleshooting and design
• Advanced knowledge of network technologies, including SDWAN (Silver Peak preferred), next-generation firewalls (Cisco Firepower preferred), and wireless networks (Cisco WLC preferred)
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
• Proficiency in LAN switching technologies such as VLAN, VTP, STP, and EtherChannel
• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP protocol suite and application protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, and SSL
• Knowledge of network security protocols, including IPSec/SSL VPN, AAA architecture, TACACS+, RADIUS, and 802.1x
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, including Nexus 9K/7K series and ACI environments
• Familiarity with firewall cloud services like Zscaler and configuring Cisco ASA and IPS systems
• Ability to analyze network tools and outputs, such as identifying high CPU utilization on core devices at data centers
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• CCNP certification to demonstrate advanced networking expertise
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services
• Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler load balancers, Cisco FTD firewalls, Aruba SD-WAN, and Azure cloud solutions
