- Work with the Scrum team to embed their stated goals of precision around when to use Scrum
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Project Management teams to optimise their agile practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and remove impediments and make sure they are engaged
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, guiding teams through complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to navigate challenging situations
- Passion for mentoring and empowering teams to reach their full potential
- Certification in Scrum or other Agile frameworks (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) ideally Certified Scrum Alliance Coach
- Experience in the energy or utilities industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
