The Role

We are seeking a casual Graduate Data Analyst to support the Operations team over the coming months. This role is ideal for a current or recent graduate with a background in commerce, data analytics, IT or a related discipline, who is keen to gain hands‑on experience applying data skills in an operational environment.

Although not a part of our Graduate program, you will support a range of strategic and business planning projects, using data to deliver insights, reports and dashboards that inform decision‑making across the Operations business unit, with flexible hours and exposure to real-world operational topics.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide general analytical support to the Operations team
• Undertake data analysis with quick turnaround timeframes
• Perform data manipulation and cleansing
• Develop and update reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Support business cases and business unit planning activities
• Assist with ad‑hoc analysis and project support as required
  
  

About You:

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Data Analytics, IT or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel capability (beyond basic use)
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and visualisation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative (self‑starter)
