Responsibilities:

AI-First Development

• Partner effectively with agentic AI tools for coding and development.
• Apply context engineering practices to improve collaboration with AI tools and teammates.
• Use software architecture principles and design patterns to produce maintainable code.
• Propose solutions that evolve and improve the architecture within the team’s domain.

Frontend (End-to-End Ownership)

• Design and implement frontend solutions using React, React Router (framework mode), and Shadcn (or similar).
• Contribute to component systems and design systems that enable the team to move quickly, write testable code, and craft high-quality user experiences.
• Apply strong knowledge of client-side vs. server-side rendering, performance metrics, accessibility, responsiveness, and perceived performance.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Own small to medium-sized features from planning through delivery.
• Create implementation plans and coordinate execution.
• Mentor and guide other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Stack (Required)

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping frontend applications with React or similar frameworks (e.g., SolidJS, Vue, Angular).

Engineering Practices (Required)

• Experience designing and maintaining automated tests.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and technical trade-offs.

Ways of Working (Required)

• Experience with AI-assisted development using agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity) as part of daily practice.
• Ability to own features end-to-end, create implementation plans, and coordinate delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Language (Required)

• Strong written and spoken English (intermediate level or above).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React Router (framework mode) and Shadcn or similar component libraries.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and contributing to technical discussions with proposals and recommendations.
• Experience with observability and reliability practices for frontend applications.
• Experience documenting APIs, code, and technical decisions to improve team and AI collaboration.
• Experience evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies.
