HTD Health is looking for a Python Developer to join us on a contract basis. We are expanding our team of independent specialists for a full-time, fixed-term project. This role is perfect for contractors who excel in high-quality software engineering and project-focused delivery

Contract Details

  • Role Type: Project-Based B2B Contractor (Fixed-Term).
  • Initial Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension based on project needs).
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Location: Fully Remote (Argentina).

What We Need From You

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Python, with a proven track record of delivering complex backend solutions.
  • AI Expertise: Deep understanding of ML, LLM, and MCP Principles. You should be comfortable working at the forefront of AI implementation.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in FastAPI, Azure cloud environment, and OAuth2 security standards.
  • Real-time & Data: Experience with Sockets and proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, including strong ORM experience.
  • Code Quality: A strong commitment to technical excellence—writing readable, maintainable code with high automated test coverage.
  • Language: English proficiency (B2+) – you must be comfortable communicating complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in direct communication with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to translate business logic into functional software.
  • Proactive Mindset: A solution-oriented approach with a willingness to share ideas and best-practices with the team.

We Appreciate If You Have

  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in Audio processing and specialized tools like ElevenLabs.
  • HealthTech Standards: Familiarity with FHIR / HL7 (previous healthcare project experience is a major plus).
  • Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with Terraform.
  • Technical Discovery: Ability to compare tools and services to provide architectural recommendations.
  • AI Tooling: Experience utilizing AI tools in your daily workflow to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
