Full-Stack Website & Marketing Automation Developer

Mid–Senior Level | Fully Remote

We’re not looking for developers.

We’re looking for builders—people who ship, optimize, and take ownership.

We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency with a 90%+ client retention rate, working with construction companies, manufacturers, and venture-backed startups across the U.S. Our growth isn’t accidental. It comes from clean execution, fast iteration, and systems that work in the real world.

We’re hiring a mid-to-senior Full-Stack Website & Marketing Automation Developer to help us build, optimize, and scale high-performing websites, landing pages, and marketing systems.

If you care about speed, SEO, performance, and conversion (not just how things look), you’ll fit right in.

This is a fully remote, execution-heavy role. You’ll be trusted to own your work and deliver without hand-holding.

What You’ll Do

Website Development & Customization
  • Build and customize WordPress websites (Elementor-heavy), focusing on clean structure, responsiveness, and performance

  • Develop custom Next.js websites that are fast, SEO-friendly, and production-ready

  • Work with headless CMS setups (WordPress headless, Strapi, Contentful) using API-driven content delivery

  • Customize themes and components using HTML, CSS, PHP (WordPress), JavaScript, and React

  • Test and optimize website performance using tools like Clarity, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to drive conversions

  • Front-End Development & Figma → Web
    • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites (WordPress & Next.js)

    • Convert Figma designs into responsive email templates that render cleanly across devices and clients

    • Build interactive, high-performance front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React

  • SEO, Site Speed & CRO
    • Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, on-page optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements

    • Optimize site speed through image compression, caching, lazy loading, and code optimization

    • Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) using A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)

  • UI/UX & Performance-Driven Design
    • Apply mobile-first, accessibility-aware UI/UX principles across all builds

    • Design and optimize high-converting landing pages with clear CTAs, strong hierarchy, and performance in mind

  • What You Bring

    • Strong production experience with WordPress (Elementor) and Next.js

    • Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React

    • Proven ability to take Figma → live site without design drift

    • Deep respect for site speed, SEO, and conversion performance

    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and ship without constant oversight

    • Comfort working in a fast-moving agency environment with real client stakes

  • Requirements
    • 7+ years of professional experience

    • WordPress and Cloudways experience (required)

    • Strong knowledge of technical SEO best practices

    • 5+ years of project ownership or management experience

  • Bonus (Nice to Have)

    • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools

    • Familiarity with no-code / low-code platforms (Webflow, Wix)

    • Experience supporting marketing automation workflows alongside website builds

    • Prior team leadership or management experience

    • Design experience

  • What’s in It for You
    • Competitive compensation based on experience

    • 100% remote work

    • Consistent, meaningful projects (not random one-offs)

    • A team that values execution over buzzwords

    • The opportunity to build systems that actually drive revenue, not just screenshots

  • How to Apply

    Show us how you work.

    • Share examples of live websites, landing pages, or Next.js projects

    • Briefly explain what you owned and how you think about performance, SEO, or conversion

    • Apply through the job posting

  • If you need constant direction or prefer slow, overly bureaucratic environments, this won’t be the right fit.  If you like building things that perform and being trusted to do your best work—welcome.
