This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in project management and team coordination within complex environments. The primary focus is to lead client projects, ensure on-time and high‑quality execution, and maintain effective communication across multiple teams and both internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead client projects, managing timelines, budgets, and tasks.
- Maintain key project documentation: project plan, status reports, and risk & issue logs.
- Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and ensure deliverables are met.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
- Coordinate internal teams and clients to resolve roadblocks and align expectations.
- Prepare the final deliverable, including observations and recommendations.
- Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and templates.
Key Skills:
- Team leadership and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate risks and manage dependencies.
- Basic familiarity with technology transformations and ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Proficiency or quick adaptability to PM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in PM, PMO, or similar roles.
