Job overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Systems Engineer with deep expertise across modern

networking, security, and virtualization platforms. This individual will be responsible for managing,

and supporting secure, scalable infrastructure solutions for our clients and internal environments.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical mastery, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, and support Fortinet security and networking infrastructure, including firewalls,

switching, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, and wireless solutions.

• Manage, and troubleshoot Meraki wireless, security, and networking environments.

• Maintain and optimize virtualized environments leveraging VMware and Hyper- V.
• Monitor system performance, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network diagrams, configurations, and

operational procedures.

• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient

infrastructure operations.

• Participate in project planning, execution, and technical escalations as needed.

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of Fortinet Firewalls, Fortinet Switching, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager,

and Fortinet Wireless solutions.

• Thorough knowledge of Meraki wireless, security appliances, and switching/networking

technologies.

• Thorough knowledge of VMware and Hyper- V virtualization platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Fortinet NSE certifications (NSE4 preferred), Meraki certifications, VMware VCP.
• Experience building secure, scalable hybrid- cloud environments.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery technologies.
