ROLE: CI/CD ENGINEER
LOCATION: BRUSSELS REGION, BELGIUM
CONTRACT DURATION: ASAP-6 MONTH WITH POSSIBLE OF EXTENSION
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
WORK MODE: HYBRID (2-3 DAYS ON-SITE PER WEEK)
About the Role
As a CI/CD Engineer, you will contribute to the implementation and evolution of our DevOps ecosystem, supporting CI/CD tooling and promoting DevOps best practices across the organization. You’ll play a key role in enabling efficient, secure, and scalable software delivery pipelines, with a focus on GitHub, Jenkins, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
· Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, primarily using GitHub, GitHub Runners
· Monitor CI/CD tool performance and usage to ensure reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed CI/CD principles and define best practices for secure, automated software delivery
· Provide support for Azure cloudification initiatives and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines.
· Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill development teams on CI/CD practices.
· Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the CI/CD ecosystem.
· Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in CI/CD pipeline management and DevSecOps practices.
· Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with practical experience working in Scrum teams (ceremonies, roles, and continuous improvement mindset).
· Strong interest in the evolution of Artificial Intelligence, particularly AI‑powered coding assistance tools (such as GitHub Copilot), and a willingness to explore their responsible use to improve developer productivity and code quality
· Strong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions/Runners and related tools.
· Familiarity with SonarQube and Aikido is a strong plus.
· Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
· Proficiency in scripting and automation tools: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.
· Experience with build tools and package managers: Maven, Node.js, npm, Nexus, JFrog.
· Good understanding of deploying various platforms: web apps, microservices, serverless, etc.
· Familiarity with standard databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
· Experience with Azure and related cloud services is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Fluent in English (spoken and written).
