PRODUCT MANAGER

Hong Kong Office - On-site

Location: Office D, 12th Floor, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley St., Hong Kong

Marvelsoft is growing, and we are looking for a Product Manager with experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) or fintech to drive product innovation and expansion across key markets, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Republic of Korea. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills to lead product development, optimize processes, and ensure market success.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmapping

  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage roadmaps, ensuring timely execution of key milestones.
  • Upgrade existing products for new target markets while enhancing competitiveness.

Technology & Operations

  • Contribute to product design, architecture, and technical decision-making.
  • Support technology stack selection and process optimization.
  • Improve automation, continuous integration, and system reliability

Business & Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research and analyze regulatory requirements.
  • Gather and define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business and legal needs.
  • Lead SDMA workflows and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Align stakeholders across Engineering, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Work closely with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.

We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, preferably in OMS or fintech.
  • Strong skills in product design, roadmap planning, and strategy development.
  • Ability to gather requirements, define scope, and align stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of market research and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to engage with clients and teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with UI/UX teams and development leads.
  • Familiarity with technology selection and development process optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Effective team player who thrives in cross-functional collaborations.

Appreciated Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in OMS, fintech, or trading systems.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus for better engagement with regional clients and stakeholders.
