Context
We are continuously looking for experienced Project Managers to support strategic transformation initiatives across various industries.
As a Project Manager, you will contribute to business-critical programs such as:
- Digital transformation programs
- Process optimization and automation
- System implementations or migrations
- ERP or enterprise solution deployments
You will operate in complex environments with strong interaction between Business and IT or technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
Mission Objective
To lead and deliver projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, ensure stakeholder alignment, and guarantee successful project delivery using appropriate methodologies and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps
- Manage timelines, resources, budget, and risks
- Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Lead steering committees and key decision forums
Methodology & Process
- Apply Agile methodologies where appropriate
- Manage projects using Waterfall methodology when required
- Adapt a Hybrid approach depending on project complexity
- Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis to support transformation initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance practices
Tools & Systems
Work with project management and collaboration tools such as:
- Jira
- Microsoft Project
- Confluence
- SharePoint
- MS Teams
- Smartsheet
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is considered a strong asset.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Act as a key interface between Business and IT or technical teams
- Ensure clear communication and shared understanding of objectives
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Manage change and support user adoption
- Escalate risks and issues proactively
Profile
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum 5 years)
- Experience in regulated environments is an asset
- Strong knowledge of project governance and risk management
- Experience managing cross-functional and international teams
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with AS-IS / TO-BE transformation frameworks
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
- University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
Languages
- Mandatory Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
- Trilingual is a strong asset.
