Description
Marketing & Communication Performance Analyst
The performance analyst will primarily work within a cluster and in close collaboration with performance analysts dedicated to Run & Change activities. He will play a key role in developing skills and the culture of performance within their cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Document, support, and train users on the use of various available tools to analyze the performance of marketing and communications activities.
Your Skills:
- You excel in the art of collaborating and inspiring your colleagues while cultivating a sharp analytical mind.
- Data holds no secrets for you, and you know how to turn data into impactful information with a tangible effect on decisions.
- You easily make connections and dare to question things by adjusting actions that result in continuous improvement.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives. You have a good knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, Marketing funnel and conversion funnel.
- Knowledge of at least one data visualization tool: Tableau and/or Power BI, ...
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SemRush, Sprinklr
- Mastery of SQL language, SAS
- Mastery of Excel
- You have a good knowledge of French and a passive knowledge of Dutch or vice versa.
