- Understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and smoke testing;
- Ability to create clear and structured test cases and bug reports;

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Motivation and willingness to learn and work in agile team;
- Analytic mindset and attention to details;

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, HTTP, and how web applications work;
- Optional but valuable: familiarity with SQL basics (select queries);
- Basic understanding of version control (Git), even if only through coursework;
- Exposure to automation concepts (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress);
- Knowledge of API structures (JSON, REST);
- Experience from a school project or hobby project involving testing;
- Understanding of agile ceremonies and how user stories are structured;
- Personal and professional growth through self-leadership and continuous development.
