Accountabilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical discovery to map customer workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Build and optimize AI agents, configuring workflows and tuning agent behavior.
- Own integrations between AI agents and customer systems using middleware and iPaaS platforms.
- Drive successful implementations end-to-end, ensuring smooth go-lives.
- Enable customer teams to manage and improve their AI agents.
- Gather insights on customer deployments to inform Product and Engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Implementation Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered solutions and prompt engineering.
- Strong technical credibility to lead discussions and tackle integration challenges.
- Experience with middleware platforms, iPaaS tools, and REST APIs.
- Proven track record managing enterprise customer engagements.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer outcomes.
