The Sales and Marketing Analyst within Essence Investment AG plays a role in driving data-informed commercial decisions across all Essence subsidiaries by analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance. This position focuses on identifying growth opportunities, optimizing pricing and promotional strategies, and supporting marketing and merchandising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for business growth
- Collect, interpret, and report data related to sales trends, customer preferences, and marketing performance
- Design and evaluate pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies to improve revenue and profitability
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to track KPIs for sales and marketing efforts
- Conduct post-campaign and post-launch analyses to measure ROI and recommend improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM, ERP, and other systems as applicable
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor' degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in a sales analytics role
- Experience working in a start-up / SME environment
- Full proficiency in English, proficiency in Russian or in Dutch is an advantage
- Solid understanding of market research principles, segmentation, and pricing strategy
- Advanced skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, data processing (Python/SQL), and CRM/marketing platforms is a strong advantage
