Your Role: where technology meets customer value
As a Project Manager in Finland, you will lead local delivery projects for our customers, which include large property owners and property users in both the private and public sectors. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope and to high customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the bridge between the customer, the delivery team and internal specialists – making sure everyone is aligned and focused on shared success. In this role, you will take an active part in project delivery and maintain an ongoing dialogue with our customers to drive process improvements. You will also lead selected training sessions and onboarding activities during the implementation phases of our projects
You will also contribute to tender and proposal processes, ensuring our deliveries maintain the highest technical and commercial standards.

- Plan, follow up and report project progress to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive engagement towards common goals.
- Contribute to tenders and bids.
- Contribute continuous improvements to existing customers and ongoing projects.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and continued customer collaboration.

We Believe You Bring
- Proven experience leading IT delivery or implementation projects, ideally within property maintenance or related areas.
- Relevant higher education in IT, technology or business.
- A recognized project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA) is a strong advantage.
- Technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex solutions.
- Native in Finnish and excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
