Your Role: where technology meets customer value

As a Project Manager in Finland, you will lead EG's SaaS product implementation projects for our customers, which include large property owners, municipalities and facility management organisations in both the private and public sectors. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope and to high customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the bridge between the customer, the delivery team and internal specialists – making sure everyone is aligned and focused on shared success. In this role, you will take an active part in project delivery and maintain an ongoing dialogue with our customers to match their building maintenance workflows and drive process improvements. You will also lead selected training sessions and onboarding activities during the implementation phases of our projects.

You will also contribute to tender and proposal processes, ensuring our deliveries maintain the highest technical and commercial standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from initiation to delivery - with a strong focus on quality and customer value.
• Plan, follow up and report project progress to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive engagement towards common goals.
• Contribute to tenders and bids.
• Contribute continuous improvements to existing customers and ongoing projects.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and continued customer collaboration.
  
  

Your Profile: Experienced, curious, and genuinely engaged

We seek a candidate with solid SaaS software implementation experience and genuine knowledge of the building maintenance and facility management industry, who works well in teams . You have the ability to understand both technology and business processes quickly – and thrive in the role as the connector who keeps everyone moving in the same direction.

You’re self-driven and structured, yet a true team player who shares knowledge and supports others. You have a collaborative mindset, a natural service orientation, and you know that strong relationships are the key to successful projects.

We Believe You Bring

• Proven experience leading SaaS implementation, ideally within building maintenance, property management or related facility management areas.
• Relevant higher education in technology or business.
• A recognized project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA) is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of building maintenance processes such as planned maintenance, fault reporting, service orders and long-term maintenance planning – and the ability to map these onto configurable SaaS solutions.
• Native in Finnish and excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
