We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in our Brussels office and who enjoys a challenge. You will be part of our international Talent Acquisition team to support the company's growth, help us meet our hiring targets and, of course, have fun!

Tasks

• Assist our companies located in France, Belgium and Luxembourg with their daily hiring needs where you will source and recruit both experienced professionals and graduates
• Recruit candidates across Finance, IT and Digital Service
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring requirement and source such candidates
• Analyse CVs and conduct both online and in-person interviews to create a shortlist of suitable candidates and manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Organize and participate in careers fairs and events from universities, student organisations, etc.
• Be involved in global recruiting projects as well as create any ad hoc reporting with a high degree of ownership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or other relevant fields of study
• Previous recruitment experience will be highly regarded
• A sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, etc.)
• You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results
• Excellent communications skills in English as well as French
