The LVMH Next Generation Engagement team is looking for an internship to contribute to a variety of strategic HR projects and events dedicated to Talents in their early stages, with an international scope and across the LVMH Group.

What We Offer
As a member of the LVMH Group Talent Engagement Team, reporting into Group Head Of Next Generation Engagement, you will support the LVMH Group projects dedicated to the next generation of talents, contributing to attract, recruit, develop and retain the best Talents in their early career stages (Graduates and Early Career Professionals) for the LVMH Group and its Maisons.
Context
A great opportunity to experience first-hand how to launch & implement HR strategic projects including key talent programs & events; to strengthen stakeholder management skills by working at the cross-road between geographies (USA, Asia, Europe), business sectors (Fashion and Leather Goods, Wines and Spirits, Watches and Jewelry, Perfumes and Cosmetics…), brands and functions (retail, marketing, operations, HR; as well as to build your network across the LVMH Group’s vibrant community.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs: from integration process to development journey and career management.
- Participate in the design and implementation of learning initiatives and engaging community events across our regions (from alumni gathering, Learning expeditions and hybrid training modules, hackathons…).
- Support our Talent reviews and Talent pooling initiatives
- Contribute to various emerging HR projects for the Next Generation Talents
- Help the Best Practices identification & sharing across the Maisons, coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
- Support the facilitation of the various stakeholders and ambassadors’ communities & committees (Graduates, Mentors, Managers, HRs…).
- Work in close collaboration with external and internal service providers to ensure all deliveries are in line with our timeline and consistent with our excellence standards (HR admin, mobility, HRIS, IT, communication agencies…)
- Coordinate back-office activities, shadowing our team daily agendas: project management, budget follow up, reporting & KPIs tracking, multiple-schedule management, database tracking, quantitative and qualitative survey, design impactful.
You are passionate both about people, and luxury, and currently enrolled in a Master 2 program. Excellence as well as innovation & creativity are pillars of your values and personality features that translate into your daily delivery. Being digital savvy is more than a nice to have. User agility and ease of crafting impactful narrative through PowerPoint is a must. You are equipped to be at the heart of our ambitious roadmap if you are agile, problem-solved and comfortable with multi-initiatives agendas. You have a positive mindset, and you are thrilled by working in a welcoming team and a multi-stakeholder’s environment where diversity takes its full meaning. Being native / truly business fluent in English, orally and in writing is compulsory. Speaking French is ideal, a medium level is mandatory. Your communication skills (oral and written) are one of your key assets. You are also known for your excellent interpersonal skills and easiness to make contacts. You are autonomous, rigorous and with a deep sense of organization (with the right level of support provided by our team!)
