Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Crypto Fintech Manager to join our Paris-based team on-site. The role involves overseeing cryptocurrency and blockchain-related projects, managing teams, developing strategic business plans, maintaining industry partnerships, and ensuring compliance with cryptocurrency regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, design innovative solutions, and optimize operations to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving Fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital payments
• Strong skills in business strategy development, financial planning, and market analysis
• Experience managing teams in a Fintech or technology-focused environment
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and risk management in the Fintech space
• Proficiency in data analysis, AI integration, and leveraging machine learning in financial solutions
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French would be advantageous
