We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Developer to join our dynamic AI startup based in Aachen. As an Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in steering and strategizing the development efforts of our talented team of software developers.

- Design and implement high-quality iOS applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into our iOS applications
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers remote, providing guidance and support in achieving project goals
- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes related to software development
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
- Implement and enforce coding standards, ensuring the reliability and performance of iOS applications
- Identify and address technical challenges, proposing effective and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Studied in Computer Science or in a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an iOS application developer
- Proficient in Objective-C and Swift
- In-depth knowledge of iOS back-end services
- Working knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines
- Working knowledge of Git, REST API
- For security issues, work is only possible onsite in our office in Aachen
